What is a PRŌ-FIT4TEAMS™ Experience?

It’s an interactive, transformative process and gathering that is designed to:

  • Reward, strengthen and elevate a team’s performance
  • Re-boot, re-align and re-energize a struggling team
  • Gather everyone on a team around the love of the work they do and reinforce their commitment to the difference they make together

PRŌ-FIT4TEAMS™ provides a building, blending and bonding experience that retains each team member’s individuality, yet unifies them around their shared goals and mission. It offers deep insights, drawn from the participants themselves, about their team and its mission; and it provides guidance for everyone to “stay the course” day by day when they return to work.

How many team members are necessary to participate?

Teams of two to ten are ideal for Workshops. However, Discovery Audits and Intensives can accommodate larger groups comprised of multiple teams.

How long does it take?

A PRŌ-FIT4TEAMS™ Experience can take 90 minutes, half a day, or an entire day, with the option to initiate a longer-term consultative engagement. In addition, about a week before the Workshop, participants spend about 10 minutes each, independently and at their convenience, to complete the PRŌ-FIT4TEAMS™ Discovery Audit.

How is it delivered?

The PRŌ-FIT4TEAMS™ Experience is delivered by a certified practitioner—on-site at your location or virtually.

What criteria must team members meet to participate?

  • The Experience is inclusive of all team members, regardless of background, experience, ability, rank, seniority, age, title or any other differentiating features or preferences.
  • No specialized skills, talents or educational background are required to participate. However, the program is interactive, auditory and visual. We’d need to know in advance if any communication or delivery accommodations are necessary.

What if everyone on the team does not participate?

Without buy-in and participation from all team members, the consensus we achieve reflects the thoughts, feelings, beliefs and plans of only those who participate. You CAN work with the results nonetheless, but we recommend scheduling the Experience when you can secure attendance from the entire team. However, if it is absolutely impossible to do so, we will offer strategies to help all attendees integrate the Experience discoveries so that team members who are unable to attend still gain value.

What if a team member leaves or a new one joins?

When the members of a team change, sometimes the team gets stronger and sometimes it doesn't. If the change causes disharmony, then here are options:

  • Resolve the growing pains internally.
  • Repeat the Experience when the dust settles.
  • Engage us for a team and/or individual coaching engagement.

We just completed a series of team-building exercises, and we've already worked with coaches and consultants. Will PRŌ-FIT4TEAMS™ take us in yet another direction?

First, we are happy to hear that you’ve taken good care of your most important company asset: your people! But we won’t overlook or dismiss progress that has resulted from past investments. Rather than take them in a completely new direction, we'll build on what's working, troubleshoot what's not, and strengthen a spirit of collaboration toward a shared purpose, making sure that positive changes—no matter how or when they originated—continue to make their way into the hearts and minds of everyone on your team, at every level, regardless of rank or seniority.
